Atletico Madrid midfielder, Rodrigo de Paul, has described PSG star, Lionel Messi as an ‘alien’.
De Paul and Messi are international teammates with the Argentina national team.
The duo helped Argentina to win the 2022 FIFA World Cup last December.
They featured in all seven games together for Argentina as they lifted the trophy after beating France in the final.
Speaking on El Larguero, De Paul, who was asked to give his views on Messi, said: “He’s an alien.
“When you think he is going to lose it, he comes away with it. When you think he doesn’t see you, he leaves you 1vs1 against the keeper.”
