Former Napoli midfielder, Raffaele Ametrano admitted that opponents are struggling to cope with Victor Osimhen’s
movement and pace.
Osimhen has emerged the leading marksman in Serie A this season despite missing around a month with injury.
The Nigeria international played a key role in Napoli’s 2-0 win against
Sampdoria last weekend.
The striker scored his side’s first goal and also won a penalty.
The 24-year-old has now scored 10 goals in 13 league appearances for the Partenopei this season.

Ametrano is impressed with Osimhen’s skillset which he feels makes him difficult to mark.
“Victor Osimhen, he is a player who tires you to such that an extent that you lose the decisive metre,”Ametrano told Radio RCC as published by Tutto Napoli.
“Even in (Sunday’s) goal, he had a 10/15 metre dash ahead of the opponent.
“It’s not easy to mark Osimhen. He arrives with impressive clarity in the penalty area with the work he manages to do.
“If he manages to have physical and mental continuity, he will score a lot of goals between now and the end of the season.”
