Former Liverpool and Three Lions of England striker Stan Collymore has urged Chelsea to get rid of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The former Arsenal skipper replaced the injured Raheem Sterling in the 5th minute before he was also taken off for 19-year-old Omari Giraud-Hutchinson on 68 minutes.
The former Gabonese striker has scored just one goal (scored on 1st October 2022) in nine Premier League games.
And reacting to Aubameyang’s disappointing display against City, Collymore wrote on Twitter:“As for Aubameyang, the punt at the time was worth it.

“Now? Get rid ASAP before he has any influence over the dressing room. Has no place at a GP Chelsea whatsoever. Pay him up if necessary.
“Will only go south fast now. Probably in a gold Lamborghini.“
The defeat to City leaves Chelsea in 10th place on 25 points, 10 points off fourth spot in the league standings.
