Abia State Speaker, Rtn. Hon. Chinedum Eyinnanya Orji has showed that he is passionate about impacting the lives of his people when he distributed wholesome and impressive food items as palliatives in his Umuahia Central Constituency.

The Speaker, always conscious of the yearning of the people, distributed the food items to cushion the effect of the government-ordered lockdown

Indeed, contrary to fake pictures being circulated on the internet, Rt. Hon. Orjii ‘ s package to each of the hundreds of beneficiaries was enough to sustain a family of four for at least one week.

These palliatives, according to Promise Uzoma Okoro, Special Assistant (Media) to the Speaker, were shared to each ward and through churches in the constituency

The Speaker also enjoined everyone to obey government directives regarding the battle against COVID-19, urging them to stay home, wash their hands regularly and use Sanitizers in order to stop the spread.
