It has been revealed that the denial by the federal government of a fuel hike has not deterred some fuel stations from selling petrol above N200 per litre.
This comes after a new video surfaced online showing a fuel station in Nigeria selling petrol at a staggering N210 per litre.
This is coming even after the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation restated that the price of petrol has not been increased following an outcry the report incited, an update which made the Petroleum Products Pricing Agency (PPPRA) delete the post from its official website.
Recall also that the Minister of Petroleum, Timipre Sylva had also said that neither he or President Buhari who is the Minister of Petroleum Resources have approved that the pump price of petrol be increased by one naira.
The video has left many Nigerians shocked, as online users lamented that the government of Muhammadu Buhari is intentionally punishing Niigerians.
