I HAVE BEEN TO THAT
CITY BEFORE
I have been to that city before,
With the mourners, to pay our fees,
For the travelers paved toes,
Invisible home chanting remembrance.
I have been to that city before,
With turbulence wailings of the mourners,
Dancing body, consoling minds.
I have been to that city,
Home that sainted memory,
To condole with our kinsmen,
In battle that sing elegy and dirge.
With weeds of memory stretched,
City gong in solitude attire,
Lone voice in darkened room.
