One of those days the armed forces
used their armies unjustly
One of those forgotten days when
innocent people lost their lives
One of those days, one of those
people others hardly remember
because they no history

One of those riots the police came in
civilian dress to lure students to demonstrate
August 20th 1994, the day I lost you Idems
The day I lost a dear friend, one of
the lots killed unjustly by Nigerian armies.
