LETTER TO AMAGEM
Dearly Beloved,
a. Deep inside my longing heart
I feel the propelling force like heat
It burns like passionate heat of love,
And the urge tells me to make the move.
b. Deep inside my panting heart
I hear a second voice apart
I often hear it sounding awful,
And it asks me to be very careful.
c. I feel like to express my deep feelings
And tell you I’m longing for your love
But the voice keeps coming like warming
It always asks me to be careful like dove.
d. I feel like I am dying for your love
And I feel like to be very careful
Not to disobey the Order from above
The Order is Holy and seems awful.
e. Anytime I looked at your goodly face
I saw love boldly, burning like fire
I saw it always from my prudish distance
And the love I saw I heartily desired.
f. I deeply want to be loved
And I deeply want to be careful
I want to be loved as a beloved;
I need love that befits the faithful.
g. I don’t want to be loved from distance
I'm careful as to know what you see
Each time you look at my face
Do you see love when you look at me?
h. I don’t want to be loved from distance
I saw love each time I looked at your face
And my visions told me you’re a beloved,
A goodly match with love divinely reserved.
i. I deeply want to be loved
I don’t know what you see in my face
Do you also see me as a beloved?
If you say yes it‘ll be so nice.
j. If you don’t see me as a beloved
How then could I be loved?
Your reserved love I always see!
Doesn’t it reflect for you to see in me?
k. In deeply want to be loved
And I deeply want to be careful
I always intuit that your love is reserved
If it’s true then your reply is needful.
Yours,
Tina.
