Like a rainbow on a stormy day,
Like the dawn after a long night,
Like serenity after a storm,
Like a candle in the dark!
Hope comes,
With a will to live and give
With the strength to carry on
With a resolution to win it all!
Like Gold,
It is to a desolate mind.
Like rags,
It is to one who has seen no suffering.
Here again it is
With a heavy knock at my door
Once, going! Twice, going!
To the door once again I go,
To try finally but not to die!
