What a friend thou art to me?
Unavailable in my distress
Far away in time of my sorrows
Scarce in my moments of trial
In my need I make my friends
Anybody can assume a pal
Only in his secret agenda
His intention is to loot
All gains to his pocket
In my need I make my friends
Friends are never like clothes
Easily changed and discarded
Especially when stains are too much
And many types of bleach; involved
In my need I make my friends
In need is a friend indeed
About a fact, there is no doubt
A fact of life is as clear as the daylight
Adversities would prove thy friends
In my needs I make my friends
One good friend is better and enough
Than thousands of flatterers
Nothing are they than sycophants
Their aims, through empty words
In my need I make my friends
