Six persons of the same family including a 10-month-old baby girl lost their lives last week in a motor accident along Suleja-Abuja road.
The family from Tsake Local Government Area in Zamfara State were reported dead five hours after they were last seen by their relatives in Kaduna on their way to Abuja.
Saturday Sun learnt that the deceased were all in Kaduna where they attended a relative's weeding.
A family spokesman, Alhaji Babangida Uba told Saturday Sun that the accident victims wanted to spend another night in Kaduna, but the father in-law insisted that they must leave for Abuja on that fateful day and it was already 11pm.
They started the journey around that 11pm but unfortunately, that was the end of their discussion with their father who had insisted they must leave. Somewhere around Suleja, the driver was said to have slept off and the car unfortunately ran under a parked trailer.
The family spokesman recalled that all the six dead persons were members of the same family and he equally gave their names as Hajiya Umma, Babangida, Hamisu Ibrahim and two children including the baby girl who was just 10 months old.
