Nasiru Sanni, 23-year old security guard at No. 1, Babantude Martins Street, Okokomaiko, Ojo, Lagos found pleasure in an abominable act of homosexually defiling a four-year-old boy through the anus but later regretted his act blaming the Satan as being responsible.
However, the blame game and buck-passing did not stop the law from having its full weight on the culprit while still leaving Satan, the person responsible according to Sani free and at large.
Sanni has received his punishment for the misbehaviour as the court quickly handed him a stern sentence of three years behind bars under hard labour. 'You are hereby sentenced to three years imprisonment with hard labour without an option of fine for having illegal carnal knowledge of 4-year-old Asiru Aba", the court held.
The case brought before an Ojo Magistrate's court by the Commissioner of Police against Nasiru Sanni, charge No OJ/219/2006 stated that' Nasiru Sanni, 23 years, ‘M' on the 6th day of August, 2006 at about 1600hrs at I Babatunde Martins Street, Okokomaiko, in Ojo Magisterial district did unlawfully assaulted one Asiru Aba ‘M' 4 years old by having carnal knowledge of him and thereby committed an offence punishable under section 352 of Criminal Code, Cap 32 vol. 2 laws of the Lagos State of Nigeria 2003.
Sanni pleaded guilty to the charge and said it was the handiwork of devil. He confessed that the young Aba was passing when he called him and lured him with N5 biscuit and took him to his office and had carnal knowledge of him through the anus.
What Sanni did in the secret became open when after the affairs, Aba came out and was crying, her mother Mariam asked him what was wrong, he said it was the 'Aboki" and pointed at him. Blood mixed with sperm was noticed gushing from his rear.
When Asiru's mother confronted Sanni, he pleaded forgiveness as he claimed that devil pushed him to do it. However, the furry of the mother could not be deterred by an pleas as he immediately reported the matter at Okoko police station.
Sanni was immediately arrested and admitted committing the offence.
