BAYELSA State governor, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, weekend, gave an overview of his developmental agenda in the state, pointing out that within eight months, Bayelsa has been given a new lease on life. Jonathan who took over the reins of governance in December 2005, told newsmen in Lagos that his administration has achieved concrete result in refocusing the development objectives of the state in a number of ways.
