The incident, which happened at Aladinma area of Owerri started when a loud noise suspected to be that of a woman came out from the boot of an Opel Omega car and attracted an inaga man who alerted his colleagues and then a chase ensued.

As if they knew what would happen to them, the occupants of the vehicle sped off in a bid to escape from their pursuers. But luck ran out of them when their vehicle had a head on collision with an on-coming vehicle and their journey of many years came to a halt.
