Nigeria and former Bolton Wanderers of England captain, Austin 'Jay-Jay' Okocha says he is planning to walk away from football when he retires from the game.
The gifted playmaker says he wants to explore other opportunities though he does not know what they would be.
"There will be so many other exciting things to do when I retire," the 32-year-old said.
"I have been in football all my life, so I would like to try something else.
"I have no plans to go into coaching at the moment."
Okocha's immediate future is still unclear as he is out of contract at the end of the season.
The Nigerian has been linked with a move away from the Reebok Stadium and could pitch up in Qatar next season.
"I believe I can still play at a high level for another two or three years if I can steer clear of injury," he added.
"For the moment though, my priority is finishing the season well and trying to get Bolton back into Europe."
Bolton currently lie in 9th place in the English Premiership, five points away from a place in next year's Uefa Cup.
