Kanu scored with just two minutes left on the clock but it was not enough as champions Chelsea won 221 at West Bromwich Albion.

The home loss has compounded WBAs relegation woes as they are now 17th on the table with 26 points from 28 games.
Ameobi though was a lot luckier as he scored Newcastleas third goal from close range in a 31 home win over Bolton Wanderers.
