Although the Dikibo family has not made anything public, there are indications that a remembrance anniversary is being planned to mark the departure of Chief A.K. Dikibo.

Dikibo died February 6 under mysterious circumstances on his way to a party meeting in Delta State.

Officials right from the president blame his demise on the activities of armed robbers.

One year after, it would be time to remember the fine politician; time to pray for the repose of his soul; and time probably to recapture the essence of his life and times.

For the family, it would be time to reminiscence over fate's role and the cruel game that it plays.

The pro-Obasanjo group won't be outdone either. They would come in their numbers to pay their respect to their colleague and friend, Chief A.K. Dikibo..
Before his demise, Dikibo was the National Vice Chairman, South-South of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

As a politician, Dikibo attempted be governor many years ago, contesting the Social Democratic Party ticket alongside Chief Sergeant Awuse and Chief Bekinbo Sobrekon.

As an industrialist, Dikibo set up Faka Bags, a bagging firm that crashed.
Dikibo had almost reactivated the plant before death came calling and insiders reveal that he had succeeded to add a plastic line as well.
