The way the self-appointed seers, prophets, imams and other religious people are falling over one another to pass what they call Divine message to President Olusegun Obasanjo is appalling.

The issue is the same, but the advice is as diverse as the Biblical voices of the builders of the Tower of Babel.
They claim to hear from the same source, but they speak discordant tunes.
They are speaking variously on the same vexed issue of President Obasanjo's rumored third term attempt.
Some claim that God has told them to tell Obasanjo that he must go, come 2007.
Others claim, curiously, that the same God told them that the President must continue in office.
While as ordinary mortals, we may not be able to query the authenticity of these claims and counterclaims, the truth remains that God is not the author of confusion.
My advice? Let God Himself decide what to do with Nigeria.
