Professor Tam David-West has said there could be a revolution but he would like it to take place in his life time.

David-West who spoke on Karkaki on African International Television, AIT Tuesday cautioned that the way things are going, the level of disenchantment among Nigerians is on the rise.

The professor of virology dismissed the idea of the national dialogue canvassed by President Olusegun Obasanjo.

He wondered how a set of handpicked persons could deal with fundamental issues concerning the future of ethnic nationalities.

Turning to the issue of elections, Professor David-West said he was of the view that they should be cancelled.

He reminded the authorities that there is a great difference between a national dialogue and a national conference.

David-West came down hard on the administration, insisting it had not fared well.

The professor later told this publication he was worried about the future and what he referred to as the colossal mismanagement of scare resources
