South- South Gov's N1.25 billion residence Found behind Gen. Victor Malu's home

It is now known that the South-South governor who recently paid a whooping N1.25 billion (five million pounds) for a living house in London is the neighbour of General Victor Malu (retired).
The Telegraph had first published some details of the opulent life-style of the South-South governor penultimate Wednesday, saying it was following up the story through London based sources.
Our investigations thus far, are concentrated around Sussex within the Bayswater area.
The governor, usually a regular at the high-brow Park Lane Hotel used by film stars and other celebrities shocked many by his downright cash payment.
"Here property buyers take out mortgage", a source who has been to the place remarked, "if you want to buy in. Our governor simply paid for everything."

The governor's residence backs Victor Malu's, and it is said that the high-flying governor who has apparently done more foreign trips than any in the South-South region, our sources say, likes playing his music loud.
The new place, notwithstanding, Park Lane holds a rare attraction for the governor.
It is there that the drinking sprees take place and access is easy to the Congolese delicacy - roast plantain and fish garnished with pepper, onions and the like- for which he is increasingly being known among Nigeria's English community.
