Nigerian television station AIT said its news crew had found the site of an air crash at Lissa village in Ogun state on Sunday, contradicting reports from neighbouring Oyo state government that it was 150 km further north. Oyo state government spokesman Adeola Oloko had earlier said that about half the 116 people on board the Boeing 737 flight from Lagos to Abuja had survived the crash. AIT made no mention of survivors.
