Nigerian star Taribo West reckons he was axed by Plymouth because he was too big a name for manager Tony Pulis to handle.


Former boss Bobby Williamson signed the ex-Inter Milan defender, 31, on a one-year deal.

West rapped: "Pulis is not always comfortable with big players who have made their names.


"He felt I was too big for him to handle - you could call it an inferiority complex."
