POAK Salonika of Greece and Super Eagles defender Ifeanyi Udeze has his eyes set on joining English Premiership club Portsmouth or AS Monaco of France.
Udeze who had previously played for West Bromwich Albion disclosed Monday that he had been in discussion with officials of the two clubs, though nothing concrete has yet been agreed on.
'I really wish I could join Portsmouth or Monaco because I've been in discussion with some officials, though we've not yet agreed on anything concrete.
However, Udeze said he was delighted to be playing in Greece, especially with talented players like the Brazilian Rivaldo and some other players.
He said he was still bidding his time and as soon as the deal clicked, he would move on.
Udeze's career has been dogged by a string of injuries which kept him in and out of the team's starting line-up as well as the Super Eagles.
