An employment consultancy services, the True Domestic Support (TDS) situated along Aba Road in Port Harcourt says it is a bridge between the employees and employers in the society, boasting that it has secured over 2,000 jobs for unemployed Nigerians.

A director in the company who also doubles as the Executive Director of the computer wizards, Ad'mas Digital Technology Limited, Chief S. O. Igbokwe made this remarks in a chat with this publication in his office.

Some youths had complained to the Telegraph that they suspected the consultancy firm, which is yet to secure employment for them after registering with them for the past six months.

The Ikemba of Ihechiowa in Arochukwu local government area of Abia State took over from the lady clerk in charge of the department and conducted the reporter through the company's records, explaining how the firm operates.
"There are two set of forms arranged on monthly basis for the employers and the employees.

The employers request form is sold at N1,000 each while that of the employees sells at N700 each.

Chief Igbokwe disclosed that there are in-built mechanisms to guarantee the security of both parties in the contract.

He noted that all the parties are involved and all necessary measures taken before short-listed candidates are invited for an interview with external consultants in the case of professional jobs.

The Director maintained that applicants who complained were actually returned from the establishment where they were sent for one reason or the other including incompetence. He showed this reporter record, saying that the returnee applicants are still retained for retrial in other companies.

Chief Igbokwe also informed that employers are given the option of engaging the employees, either directly or indirectly especially the domestic ones.
A returnee applicant, Miss Veronica Okon who went for the post of a Nanny and official of Eagle Bank Limited, Mr. Sampson Kpandei who were present at the office during this interview corroborated the Director's claim.

He also cited an example of Kumuni International Secondary School situated at the Federal Housing Estate, Woji which they have fed with about eighteen teachers.

Chief Igbokwe hinted that his company has plans to start engaging applicants especially Nurses and Directors Overseas whose agreement would be signed for 3 years at the first instance.
