Heavy rain has caused flooding and swollen rivers over large parts of Africa's most populous nation.
The latest accident brings to about 180 the number of people drowned in the last three weeks.
"At about 3pm an engine boat carrying 102 persons capsized ... only 10 persons were rescued," Nigerian Television Authority said, giving no further details.
About 30 people drowned last week when the bridge on which they were standing to watch the overflowing Jalingo river collapsed.
