Frank and friends - backed by V-Mobile went Red, Bold, Jazzy… and daring too, a few weeks back. It was a fashion show of international standard which also threw up some exciting new local designers. White colour came to the show. So did black. That, equally, was not the news. What was news was the contraptions guests and models turned up in.
If you doubt it, look at what Funmi Iyanda wore to the show. Is it not show-stopping? Keep your eyes off the chest, though.
We wouldn't want to get into what the mother of one, TV diva has done to the breasts. What we do know is that she feels so proud of them now that she would not mind letting them burst loose. And like we always say, bras have since gone out of fashion
And then the models? If Funmi had a thin film of cloth over her own chest, the model (left) would have none of that hassle. She, like many others, saved us a lot of unnecessary imagination. They simply gave it to the guests: raw, fresh flesh. It is all in the spirit of RED.
