Mikel, was adjudged the second best player at the World Youth Championship, received the silver medal award for his excellence performance in the youth championship.
'Nigerian upcoming players would see him as a role model, who is focused in his chosen career so that they will take a cue from him," a reliable source said on Tuesday.
The event will afford soccer loving Nigerians the opportunity to celebrate the performance of Mikel in the just concluded WYC in Holland.
Other Nigerian stars that have endorsed telecom firm include Julius Aghahowa, Osaze Odenwinge and Everton's Joseph Yobo. Others are Yakubu Aiyegbeni and John Utaka.
The event holds at the Mike Adenuga Tower, Victoria Island, Lagos.
