LAGOS - NOBEL Laureate Prof. Wole Soyinka has called on Nigerians to consider electing a female President in 2007 as a solution to the scourge of mal-administration which has befallen the country for a long time.
He made the call in Lagos at the Pro- National Conference Organisations ( PRONACO) Women's Forum which was held at the Magodo Estate Secretariat of the group yesterday.
