Usman Sani (18) reportedly stepped into the toilet of the court and engaged in sodomy after the court had risen for the day.
Lost to lust at the temple of Sharia system, it did not occur to the suspects that they did not lock the door of the toilet and that mistake opened the way for nemesis to catch up with the love binds.
Lovers from hell
The echoes from the toilet as the men were satisfying their carnal lust arose the suspicion of some men nearby who caught the lovers pants down.
Sources at the court told Saturday Sun that Yusuf may have been dating Usman before they were caught in the ugly act on June 19, at the most unlikely place.
Real trouble
Yusuf, a resident of Kerau quarters and Usman who resides in Sabon Layi quarters of Katsina metropolis were reportedly dragged to the Central Police Station in the city.
The two men have been dragged before a Sharia court in the state capital for alleged homosexuality.
The accused persons however denied the offence, and were ordered by the Sharia court judge, Alhaji Mustapha Sani Saulawa, to be remanded in prison custody until July 13.
