AS Nigerians await the coming of the foreign Technical Adviser that would ensure that Nigeria qualify for the World Cup in Germany, the man who took the country to her first World Cup and is reputed with the golden period of Nigerian football, Clemens Westerhof has ruled himself out of the race for the job.

"My hands are full. They are late and I have given my words to Kojo Williams on the School of Excellence Academy. I am a man of my words and I stick with that academy", the once bullish Technical Adviser who signed a five year contract yesterday for the Football School of Excellence said. "Now, I cannot become the coach of the Eagles. I am committed to this School of Excellence. Kojo Williams is driving me crazy with his wonderful ideas on football and I owe a lot to Nigeria. This is the time for me to give back things to Nigeria and discover some better players who play with their legs and think with their brain. On this moment, I say no to NFA if they want me. Honestly, working with NFA gives me nightmares. One day I remembered NFA in my dreams and I had a nightmare. I woke up shouting NFA, NFA!.

My partner woke me up and asked what was NFA. I smiled and said she won't understand". He however said that he was willing to assist his former players, Samson Siasia and Augustine Eguavoen who are in charge of teams. "I cannot neglect them. I am now a grand father and I am ready to assist them but not to work for NFA. I have a work with the Academy. My promise is my bond", said the Dutch who won bronze, silver and gold medals of the African Nations Cup said.
