Others are Kennedy Chinwo, Apam Onykeachi, Monday James, Dele Adeleye, Sanni Kaita, Daddy Bazuaye, Solomon David, Gift Atuliwa, John Owoeri and Sambo Soga.
Coach Siasia, however, explained that two other players - Chamberlain Ekrebe and Lyn Oslo of Norway, Emma Sarki - would be on stand by to forestall any eventuality.
Meanwhile, ten home-based players who could not make the final list are expected back to their respective clubs later this week from France.
Coach Siasia noted that the performance of the team at the last week's Tilbourg Cup Invitational Tournament further confirmed that Nigeria have a very good team to present at the WYC.
