IN its quest for improved services, the Lagos Airport Hotel Limited has put in place a special forum where its customers will discuss with the hotel's top management stuff.

IN its quest for improved services, the Lagos Airport Hotel Limited has put in place a special forum where its customers will discuss with the hotel's top management stuff.

Acting Managing Director of the hotel, Alhaji Niyi Badmus said the guests' forum will consolidate its competitive edge as the stakeholders, customers and guests converge to discuss how to improve the hotel's services.

One of such gatherings took place last weekend where it was revealed that the 62-year old hotel has commenced renovation of its complex.

One of the guests at the forum expressed happiness that the carpets in the hotel had been replaced among other things, giving it a Freshlook.

Speaking about its new newsletter, the hotel's Corporate Affairs Manager, Mr. S.A Animashaun said, "the LAHL newsletter was rolled out recently by the hotel management in a bid to provide free flow of information for both the staff and the shareholders".
