Chief Tunji Anyalaja (SAN) continued his cross examination of the first witness Mr. Ayoola Ajala, a Chief Superintendent of Police, who was part of the investigating committee raised by The Presidency to investigate the award of contracts by the George-led board.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) had accused the board of inflating cost of contract and not adhering to due process in the award of contacts, among others.
Anyalaja handed a copy of the committee's report that investigated the board to Ajala to point out the portion that indicted it (Board) of contract splitting.
Ajala said the report did not indict the board.
Justice Joseph Oyewole adjourned the case till November 28 for the continuation of trial.
