A Lagos socialite and businessman, Mr. Ladi Williams, a.k.a. gentleman, is dead.

He was the Chief Executive of Cowlad Nigeria Limited. He died, last Friday, of cardiac arrest after returning from Abuja. He was said to have personally called his doctor while still airborne to complain of being uncomfortable, and the doctor promptly drove to the MM2 Airport, Ikeja, to await his arrival.

On arrival, Ladi Williams was immediately rushed to the Intensive Care Unit of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, (LASUTH), Ikeja, where he reportedly died. His body has been deposited at the private mortuary of the hospital.
