One of the Chief Operating Officers at Glo Mobile Communications, Martin Olowoniyi, has been killed by a stray bullet, at Adeola Odekun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
P.M.News gathered that Olowoniyi was hit by a stray bullet last Friday, when policemen were chasing a gang of robbers on a motorcycle. One of the robbers was shot dead while the other escaped.
Investigations revealed that a stray bullet fired during the gun fight between the robbers and policemen hit the Glo staff, who was confirmed dead at the hospital he was rushed to.
Attempts to get details of the dead staff at the corporate office of Glo Mobile Telecommunications, this morning, proved abortive, as no staff or member of the management was willing to speak on the incident.
