The management and staff of the Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA), were shocked, Wednesday, when they learnt of the death of one of the managers in the Inspection and Monitoring Unit of the agency, Mr. Adebayo Kazeem.
The management and staff of the Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA), were shocked, Wednesday, when they learnt of the death of one of the managers in the Inspection and Monitoring Unit of the agency, Mr. Adebayo Kazeem.
He was said to have collapsed and later died at the hospital he was rushed to. The manager, it was learnt, resumed early at the Lagos State Secretariat, Alausa office of the agency, for duty on Tuesday, and performed his normal chores without any sign of illness.
'He did not show any visible sign of ill health, so, nobody suspected anything was amiss,' a source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, told P.M.News.
It was gathered that the deceased closed for the day and went home. When he got home, he reportedly slumped and was rushed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja, where he died. The deceased, who lived with his family in Ibadan, Oyo state, worked in Lagos. P.M.News gathered that his family has been contacted, while his remains have been deposited in the mortuary.
