Determined to uproot illegal oil bunkering and pipeline vandalisation in the volatile Niger-Delta, Shell Petroleum Development Company, has organized an interactive session with members of her surveillance team to execute the lofty idea.

Besides, the Anglo-Dutch oil giant has also promised to fortify all avenues, hitherto being used by the criminals to disrupt its operations, especially in Warri environs in Delta State.

Mr. Monibidor Aliyu, who spoke at the impressive interactive session, styled 'Community And Shell Together (AST)', held in Warri charged the participant who are mostly surveillance contractors to step up efforts at reducing all illegality being perpetrated by criminals by one hundred percent.

'I want all of you to confront the onerous business aggressively as never before. This quarterly Health, Safety Environment and Security (HSES) meeting is to further ginger you to do more in surveillance quest to halt illegal business in all its ramifications', stressed Aliyu, insisting that more security net work would be effected next year.
'I assure you that there will be increased interactions between you stakeholders, the military and other members, we will continue to train people so that they know their right from left. Besides, we will establish field surveillance operation centre as we go on in our daily work', remarked Aliyu, noting that the surveillance business is not only for one person, but it concerns members of the public.
