Action Congress (AC) chairmanship candidate for Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA, Prince Adebisi Yusuf, has revealed his intention to transform the area totally, if voted for a second term in Saturday's local government elections.

Speaking with P.M.News in Ipaja, Prince Yusuf said he would emulate governor Babatunde Fashola in bringing dividends of democracy to the grassroots.
'Gov. Fashola has set a very high standard that incoming local government administrations must follow and meet up with, and I am up to the positive challenge.
'The achievements of our workaholic and tireless governor will definitely propel those of us who will be in charge of governance at the grassroots to buckle-up and equally transform our immediate environment, the way he has done to Lagos.
'The only way to complement the governor's effort is for those of us coming on board in the new dispensation to ensure that people at the grassroots feel the impact of government and enjoy the dividends of democracy,' Prince Yusuf stated.
He revealed further that if voted into power again, he would make education and health the major focus at Ayobo-Ipaja. The former chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja promised to increase the number of primary and secondary schools in the area.
Prince Yusuf who disclosed his plan to establish functional health centres in each of the five wards in the LCDA, added that he would partner the private sector in the construction of infrastructure like roads, culvets, bus-stops and drainages, among others.
