The Iju home of Afro Juju creator, Akanbi Oluwashina Peters, a.k.a. Sir Shina Peters, was raided yesterday, by armed robbers.
P.M.News learnt that the seven-member gang trailed his (SSP's) driver, Sakiru, to his home and entered the premises as soon as the main gate was opened.
Investigations revealed that four of the robbers held the driver at gunpoint and asked him to take them to the Juju star's apartment, which he did.
On gaining entry, they were said to have told the Afro juju creator to co-operate with them. At the end of the raid, which lasted over an hour, the robbers made away with jewelry belonging to him and his wife, expensive wristwatches, mobile phones, cash and his personal car, a Hyundai SUV with registration number S 777 RAJ. Sir Shina Peters confirmed the incident this morning.
