HiSociety learnt that Zainab travelled out five weeks back and sources informed that she deliver in the best of facilities for expectant mothers in the US.
HiSociety equally gathered that on her return, the hubby plans to make her the sole first lady in the state, the fact that he has other wives notwithstanding.
