InterSwitch Nigeria Limited said it had concluded plans to take global e-payment experts and Nigerian financial institutions to Calabar, Africa's premier business resort, at the maiden edition of its annual 'Techno-Interactive BootCamp".
The theme of the conference is 'Building a World Class Chip+PIN+Loyalty Programme in an Emerging Market."
A statement by the company on Saturday said the three-day event would enable Nigerian banks to experience the wealth of solutions that InterSwitch and its partners could offer their businesses.
It said it would also promote tourism in Nigeria and showcase the richness of Nigeria's diversity to both foreign and local partners.
The statement quoted the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, InterSwitch, Mr. Mitchell Elegbe, as saying that the seminar would afford 'the participants the opportunity to spend time with the people behind InterSwitch and have their say; learn what is new; enjoy industry experts as they present impressive InterSwitch case studies; and partner updates.
According to him, 'They will also view the state-of-the-art InterSwitch exhibition, featuring value-adding services offered by partners and third-party vendors; relax at the many networking events during the conference; and learn how other companies have conquered their challenges and made InterSwitch work smarter for them."
