Director General of Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE), Professor Ndi Okereke Onyiuke has saluted Daily Sun for its independent reportage of events across the country, as the newspaper marks its fifth anniversary.

The NSE boss, who also saluted the publisher for detaching himself from the publication, said that the paper is part of her daily menu. 'I like and read Daily Sun everyday and I know that majority of Nigerians read the paper."
On what made Daily Sun her favourite, Onyiuke said: 'I like the paper because it's relaxing to read."
The Director General, who described the publisher, Chief Orji Uzor Kalu as a friend lauded the vision which led to establishing The Sun.
'The publisher is my good friend. Anytime he is stubborn, I would call him and yell at him that he shouldn't look for trouble. Conversely, whenever he does something good, I would also call him and commend him," she remarked.
