Man U face Hammers' hurdle

Only two more games are left before it is good night to the Premiership season. But for league leaders, Manchester United and their eternal challengers Chelsea, the battle for the soul of the league has just begun.

Both are tied on 81 points, but United are an inch ahead on account of their superior goals difference. And so, this is not the time to drop a game or split points.

Early this afternoon, United face a tough hurdle against West Ham. For the Red Devils, it is a-must-win-game. They have a modest side and have played some descent football in recent times. They have Ghanaian defender, John Painsil. He would be working extra hard to repel rampaging Cristiano Ronaldo. They have got Fedrik Lymgberg and Nolberto Solano in the midfield and the likes of Craig Bellamy, Henri Camara and Fredie Sears in the attack. These are players the United side will neglect to their peril.
