The Action Congress (AC) governorship candidate in the April 14, 2007 election, Engineer Rauf Aregbesola at the weekend continued the tendering of his documentary evidences before the Election Petitions Tribunal with the ballot papers for the remaining Ife Central and Odo-Otin Local Governments admitted as exhibits.

As the outstanding ballot papers were being brought into the courtroom, two extra Ghana-Must-Go sacks of ballot papers for Ife East Local Government were discovered and presented to the tribunal.
Counsel to Aregbesola, Mr. Benson Igbanoi told the tribunal that the documents were found as those of Ife Central and Odo-Otin and being retrieved from where they were kept.

The Ife East ballot papers were consequently tendered and admitted as part of Exhibit 80 earlier marked on Thursday by the tribunal. For Odo-Otin local government area, seven (7) Ghana-Must-Go sacks representing 117 polling units were tendered and admitted as exhibit while 10 sacks were tendered for Ife Central covering 182 polling units. This concluded the tendering of ballot papers and led to other documents.

For Ayedaade local government, the Certified True Copies (CTC) of forms EC8A covering 126 polling units were tendered while those of EC8B and EC25A were also presented before the tribunal. Forms EC8A, EC8B, EC8C and EC25A were tendered for Isokan, Ifedayo, Ife South, Boluwaduro, Boripe and Atakunmosa West Local Governments.

For Ife South and Atakunmosa West councils, the list of serial numbers of ballot papers distributed to the polling units and the wards were also tendered. A total of 117 exhibits contained in no fewer than 42 Ghana-Must-Go sacks have so far been tendered and marked for the petitioner while the matter was adjourned till Monday for continuation of hearing.
