Golden Eaglets Under-17 World Cup winning assistant coach, Ben Iroha, has thrown his weight behind the choice of Stephen Keshi as successor to Berti Vogts as Super Eagles coach.
Iroha told Daily Sunsport that Keshi has proved himself over the years as a coach and that there was nothing wrong in his being handed over the national team as coach.
'I think it is a good choice if the NFA zeroes in on the pair of Keshi and Sunday Oliseh if they have the qualifications to handle national team.
They were good as players and Keshi has paid his due as coach, so why bother about a foreign coach?" he stated.
