The police in Lagos have held a man, who allegedly killed a 17-year-old girl and was suspected to have made love to her corpse. The girl's family argued that she was a virgin before she was killed.

The police in Lagos have held a man, who allegedly killed a 17-year-old girl and was suspected to have made love to her corpse. The girl's family argued that she was a virgin before she was killed.
Detectives told Daily Sun that the suspect, Alaba Ayonuga, smashed the head of the late Sarah against the wall to force her into having sex. But things went aury when the attack proved fatal.
The investigators said rather than becoming sober, the suspect still went ahead to have his way. And in an attempt to bury his sins, he was said to have thrown the body into a pit latrine.
While defending himself, Ayonuga said he did not even enjoy the sex because 'only the head of my penis entered."
He further told Daily Sun that he had been wooing the girl for long and felt that that day she came to sell her wares in his compound was his opportunity to have her, so he dragged her into his room.
He said: 'I didn't know she had died, when I was making love to her.
When she was not moving, I thought she was pretending. I raised her cloth, removed her pant. It was a brown pant…"
The father of three children from two wives, added that the body of the girl was found when somebody visited the toilet.
