VISION
To use sports as a tool for national integration, nation-building, and friendship with other nations of the world; engaging the youths in a more positive and productive manner through sporting activities; taking care of the less privileged in the country and providing social services that will enhance and promote family values.
MISSION
To develop the two sectors of its mandate to a veritable level where it would provide continuous improvement of quality of life for the entire citizens of Nigeria, to the extent that Nigerian would be recognized as one of the leading sporting countries of the world.
