Artist Bio
Born June 24th in Niger Delta Warri, Real name Oladele Awosika. He is the first born child of parents Olagboye and Roseline Awosika who both hail from the west side of Nigeria Ondo State, Snaapi has five siblings Rotimi, Bode, Shola, Dapo, and Ope.

Snaapi comes from a Christian family, but his parents loved reggae music which influenced the kind of music he grew up with, Snaapi’s intrest in music began to spread from just Reggea to Afro beat
There are no limitations to snaapis musical prowess and ability, he is a strong vocalist, guitarist, and producer
Snaapi attended Army children school Effurun in Warri Delta State, Saint Ambrose college Ondo town and OND in business at the University of Ilorin Kwara state.
By age thirteen Snaapi had begun dee jaying with any sound system he could lay his hands on, he continued following his dream and love for music till he hooked up with his first group (Root Complete) in Ondo State a three man crew comprising of Snaapi, Banuff and Flames. The group was later disbanded when they moved to Lagos.
Snaapi started his solo career in Lagos and then moved to Enugu with his friend Makoyo with whom they have done a few collaborations, he has also featured on Styl plus’s Iya basira and with Uchie the African Rock star on Jimmy Jatts Mix tape the Deffinition.
Snaapi moved back to Abuja with Makoyo where he has been pursuing his career till he met Music House CEO Victor Aleogena where he later signed a recording and management contract in March 2008, he is billed to release his debue album soon
