When Will the North Reason Properly?

I am deeply worried about the state of things in Nigeria today and even the future of the nation. It never came to me as a surprise that the north will shamelessly display the height of their arrogance and greed in the ill-fated consitutional conference. Having ruled the country retrogrssively for more than 34 years since independence, with long history of massive loothing of the nation's treasury, they are still not aware that their game is up and it is time to give peace a chance. Babangida had all it takes for eight years to put his fatherland on the right part, but he looked the other way and quietly made away with more than $12.4 billion gulf oil windfall , Abacha stole until he died from stealing, Abdulsalami came and stole as much as he wanted, Buhari was unable to defend his activities as the PTF boss, right there at the nose of Shehu Shagari   Umaru Dikko stole some billions and fled to London. This is just a few instances that readily come to my mind now. There are a thousand and one other cases of huge mismanagement of Nigeria funds by these hoodlums from the north. All we see is a retired military officer floating airlines, banks, chains of companies, fleet of posh car among others, I mean the likes of Brig. Gen Marwa and his colleagues in crime. These are officers we have records of their salaries from their first date of enlistment into public service to the date of their retirement.  The north is only swelling to come and reap where they did not sow, by raising eye brow on the oil that they know nothing about. The South south and the south east will NEVER let the north have their way like they have always wanted and the earlier the north gets the message the better.
