I have a dream that one dayEvery valley shall be exaltedEvery will and mountain shall be made to lowThe rough places will be made plainAnd the crooked places will be made straightAnd the glory of the God shall be revealedAnd all flesh shall see it together.This is my hope,This is my faith,We will be able to hew out of the Mountain of despair, a stone of hope.With this faithWe will be able to transformThe jangling discords of our nationInto a beautiful symphony of brotherhoodWith this faithWe will be able to work togetherTo pray togetherTo struggle togetherTo go to jail togetherKnowing that we will be freed one day.With this faithWe will be able to put an endTo religion violence, bad administrationPut an end to corruption, poverty, unemploymentAnd unanimously eliminate all the hungry politiciansWho are the main enemies of progress in NigeriaWith this faithWe will be able to have a true FederationWhere people from the NorthCould be peacefully working and residing in SouthWhere people from SouthCould be free from the fear of ethnic clash while in NorthWhere Nigerians will see themselves as oneWith this faithI am cock-sure, with gradual processNigerians shall all come together once againAnd celebrate with cheers and thank GodAfter the elimination of all I-don't-care, corrupt and hungry politiciansSo shall it be
